Mended Iron
“Mended Iron” is a 24x36” mixed media painting with liquid metals on gallery wrapped canvas.
There is a point where strength isn’t about staying intact…
but about what you do after something breaks.
The rusted iron moves on its own, uncontrolled, shifting, alive.
The silver seam is deliberate. Formed. Held in place.
A joining.
A decision to continue… not as it was, but as something reformed.
